The Board of Directors of PCWO ENERGY S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-113) at Emilii Plater 53, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Division of the National Court Register, under the number 0000719437, holding the NIP number 7010803371, in fulfillment of the obligation under Article 16 para. 1 of the Act of August 30, 2019 amending the Act – Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798; as amended: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 288 and item 875), calls on the shareholders of PCWO ENERGY S.A. to submit share documents to the Company by the end of November 2020. If you wish to submit the documents in person, I would like to point out that the Management Office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This notice is the third appeal.
